Acceptance

By accessing this site or engaging Columbus Kitchen Pros for kitchen remodeling services (cabinet refacing, custom cabinets, countertops, kitchen islands, backsplashes, or related work), you agree to these terms.

Estimates and Quotes

Free in-home consultations produce estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if scope, materials, or site conditions differ from what was measured. We disclose changes before proceeding.

Payments

We accept cash, credit card, check, and financing (subject to third-party approval). Payment schedules are outlined in your project agreement.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms are documented in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials (cabinets, countertops, hardware) per each manufacturer's terms.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are covered in your project agreement. Materials ordered on your behalf may not be refundable once fabrication has begun.
