Ten years ago, we set out to build a kitchen remodeler that felt different than what was on the market in Central Ohio. The industry norm at the time was general contractors who subbed everything out, took long to respond, and left homeowners playing telephone between designers and installers.

We built the opposite: one in-house team, from first sketch to final walkthrough, accountable for every step.

## What ten straight years of recognition means

This month, we received our tenth consecutive Best of Houzz award for customer satisfaction. Best of Houzz is voted by homeowners who’ve used a business — it’s not a jury award. It’s a reflection of what our clients tell Houzz after their projects wrap.

Ten years in a row without a single break is unusual. It requires that every single project — refacing job, custom cabinet install, full remodel — ends with the homeowner satisfied enough to leave a public review saying so.

-   **Honest cost ranges** at the consultation. No lowball bait, no surprise line items.

-   **Punch-list walkthroughs** with the homeowner before we call a project done.

None of these are marketable. They’re just what “good work” looks like when it’s the standard.
